How to book accommodation ?
The reservation can be made directly from our website or through one of our partners: Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and HomeAway.Direct bookingPartners sites
What are the payment options available ?
Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking, in complete security, by using the online payment services Stripe or Paypal integrated into our website.
Do I have to pay a deposit ?
A security deposit of 600 Euros is requested. A secure link allowing the taking of a bank imprint will be sent to you 30 days before the start of the stay. This amount will not be debited from your bank account and, if the exit inventory is consistent with the entry inventory, the pre-authorization of debit will be automatically lifted within 48 hours of your departure.
Do I have to sign a contract ?
A contract drawn up in your name will be sent to you 30 days before the start of the stay. In order to facilitate the handing over of the keys and allow you to quickly have your accommodation on your arrival, we kindly ask you to read it and return it to us initialed and signed, by email or by post.Contrat type
Is it possible to have an invoice?
A detailed invoice can be sent by email on request.
Is there a preferential rate for groups ?
A discount may be applied for the simultaneous reservation of several accommodations. You can use the form on the contact page for any request of this type.Contact us
What are the cancellation conditions ?
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation occurs within 14 days prior to arrival, the nights reserved are not refunded. In case of early departure, the remaining reserved nights are not refunded. Cleaning costs are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before entering the premises.
How do I cancel my reservation ?
If the reservation was made directly from our website, simply click on the cancellation link in the confirmation email. If the cancellation conditions are respected, the full refund will then be made within 48 hours.
How to access the accommodation ?
An email will be sent to you 7 days before the start of your stay with all the practical information that will allow you to reach your accommodation (including Google Map, Waze and Mappy itineraries).

What are the arrival and departure times ?
You can arrive between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. and departure must take place before 10 a.m. To allow us to organize your reception as well as possible, please let us know the estimated time of arrival at the time of booking.
Keys are handed over by hand on arrival and departure.
Are parking spaces available ?
3 private outdoor parking spaces are available in front of each accommodation.
Is there internet access?
Dedicated WI-FI access is available in each accommodation.
The terms of connection will be given to you at the entrance to the premises.
Are linens provided ?
The bed linen is provided. You will also have small and large towels in the bathrooms.
Is the accommodation suitable for babies ?
We can provide a cot, a high chair and a baby bath on request.
Is the accommodation air conditioned ?
All accommodations have air conditioning on both floors.
How is the accommodation heated ?
Underfloor heating on both floors is provided by a heat pump.
Can we order breakfast ?
Breakfasts can be ordered when booking and throughout the stay (before 9 p.m., the day before for the next day). Breakfast is brought at the chosen time between 7am and 10am.
The price is 14 Euros per person.
Is housekeeping service available ?
One or more intermediate cleanings – including the change of sheets and towels – can be requested when booking and throughout the duration of the stay (before 4 p.m., the day before for the next day). Cleaning is done at the chosen time between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
The price is 41.50 Euros per household.
Are smokers allowed ?
Smokers are not accepted.
Are animals allowed ?
Pets weighing less than 10 kg are only accepted at Villa Alba under certain conditions. Please use the form on the contact page for this type of request.Contact us
Where can I go shopping ?
A large shopping center is less than 2 minutes walk away. Other specialized shops are also accessible within a 10-minute walk.
Where can I eat ?
Many restaurants of all types are located within a radius of 500 meters. A complete list will be given to you upon your arrival.
How far is the nearest bus stop?
A bus stop is located less than 100 meters from the accommodation.
How long does it take to reach Chambéry ?
It takes 5 minutes by car to reach the city center.
